Kaywears offers ready-to-wear apparel and customizable clothing. Due to differences in screen settings and production, slight variations in color, placement, or print size may occur.

Products created using our Design Your Own feature, including uploaded artwork, custom text, or modified layouts, are produced specifically for each customer.

Custom products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain a production error.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all uploaded artwork and text are accurate before placing an order.

By uploading artwork or designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the content.

Kaywears reserves the right to reject or cancel orders containing copyrighted material, trademarks, offensive, or unlawful content.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after they have been reviewed and accepted by Kaywears.

Orders are produced within the estimated timeframe displayed on the product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Kaywears is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.

Ready-made products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Custom-designed or personalized products are eligible for exchange only if they arrive with a manufacturing defect or production error.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

While Kaywears strives to maintain the highest standards of quality and service, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Kaywears shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, or customer-provided artwork and content.

Kaywears reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
